He has been working at the firm since 1978, dealing mainly with property law, contracts (purchase agreements, service agreements, leasing agreements in the large-scale retail sector), expropriation matters (in national courts and at the European Court of Human Rights, dealing with eminent domain proceedings and with a specialization in private dealings as an alternative to expropriation), inheritance disputes, and related litigation procedures (in court proceedings and through arbitration).
He has been a Board Member of the Cascina Verde Onlus since 1990 and does pro bono work for several enterprises in Milan.
He is currently a Board Member of the Veneranda Fabbrica del Duomo.
